Mandala is a playful, dynamic practice that takes you 360 degrees around the mat. It opens slowly with yin, builds in pace into a circular flow and then subsides into more yin to close.
The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body in relation to the element and chakra of the day as per the Mayan calendar. A fun and creative practice to challenge the mind and body!
P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
