In this Grounding Hatha Flow, we will use the breath to explore and root the body in postures that restore and rebalance your connection to the earth. If you lead a particularly active or social life, or want to cultivate a more balanced approach to life, this grounding class is the perfect way to release any stagnancy and reset yourself. This easeful flow will help you cultivate more focus and calm in the mind and renourish you to take through the rest of your week.
P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
