Mindful. Flowing. Steady.Designed for those who prefer a gentler paced practice. This class is breath and mindfulness based with emphasis on fluidity and awareness in motion at all times. A slower pace than a Vinyasa Flow class, it is still equally strength building; encouraging this coupled with steadiness with longer holds. We will cultivate a steadiness of body, mind, focus and well-being.P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
