After a week of work, this invigorating class is the perfect way to release any stagnancy and reset yourself.We will move with ease, focus and strength to cultivate calm in the mind yet build enough energy to really enliven you in your practice and beyond. P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
