Dynamic. With the breath. The perfect afternoon pick-me-up. This class will shake off the mid afternoon slump with an energising vinyasa flow. Come move and let your body and mind take a break from the day and the week to refocus, re-energise and refresh. We move dynamically with the breath and learn how to use the breath to cultivate more energy and release any tension that may have built up throughout the week. P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
