One big exhale.Get all your props, blankets, extra jumpers, and pillows for a cosy class that aims to relax your body and mind. Expect postures that rebalance and calm your nervous system, and allowing you to let go of the week. We end, of course, in a cosy savasana. P.S. Mats are provided at the studio, as well as props etc. Do feel free to bring your own also if you'd prefer. We have changing rooms also and a tea station! :)
