Slowing down. In this class, we slow down the pace of the traditional Ashtanga practice to give our bodies and minds to open up, change their habitual patterns and allow ourselves to deepen further in the asanas (postures). This class is suitable for anyone interested in increasing their range of motion, build strength and ease into flexibility; and also Ashtanga practitioners who wish to deepen their practice.
You will be guided through Surya Namaskar A & B (Sun Salutations) and the standing sequence with time to explore and enjoy added sequencing to the series that opens up any stuck areas of the body and allows for deepening in the asanas.
