TRE® (Tension/trauma Release Exercises) is an innovative self-help tool. Once learnt, you can use TRE independently throughout your life, to support your physical and mental well-being. I show you how to let your body gently shake off deeply held tension to greatly reduce feelings of stress and anxiety in body and mind. I teach techniques so you remain safe and in control whilst exploring with TRE.
I am an accredited TRE provider. With 20 years working in mental health, counselling and Dance Movement Psychotherapy, I can offer you a wealth of experience to support you in your TRE journey.
