I offer Moon Yoga classes (a recording is sent to all who are booked in) about every 2 weeks to roughly align with the New and Full Moons each month to support you to use the phases of the moon to direct your energy towards activities most in tune with your needs and values.
These classes are very gentle yoga on the mat followed by some luxurious restorative poses to release tension and energy blocks - make sure you bring lots of pillows to support your practise.
Each Moon Cycle will also be used in the context of the flow of the Seasons which also impact on our wellbeing and how we take care of ourselves.
Each New Moon you can set intentions for self care. Each Full Moon you can review, release and focus your energy.
Please note - class days vary and will not necessarily run on the same day of the week.
