About Kelly:
Kelly is a Senior Physiotherapy / Co-owner, Specialising in MSK Physiotherapy and Woman's health
She offers a variety of services including: Physiotherapy assessment and treatment, Functional sport specific assessment, Sport Massage, Acupuncture, Electrotherapy, Ultrasound therapy, Rehabilitation exercise prescription, Injury prevention exercise prescription, Dry needling, Myofascial treatment, Taping, Pilates, Mummy MOT
Kelly qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2007 from the University of the West of England. After qualifying, Kelly went straight into private practice and worked with several local sports teams. She then started Top To Toe Physiotherapy in 2011. She has worked with many elite and amateur athletes from a wide range of sporting backgrounds such as rugby, golf, badminton, sailing, dancing and adventure racing. Although Kelly has worked with many athletes, she also treats the many aches and pains that effect everybody in their day to day lives.
As well as working in private practice at Top To Toe, Kelly was the Head Physiotherapist at Dings Crusaders RFC before working with the England Womens U20, Development 7’s and Senior Elite Performance squad.
Kelly attends regular CPD courses to ensure she is up to date with the latest scientific evidence which can then be applied to her treatments. She is a soft tissue specialist, qualified in Advanced First aid, joint mobilisations and Manipulations, Pre and post pregnancy physiotherapy and Dry Needling. Kelly is our Mummy MOT practitioner.
Kelly has always taken part in sport, however her young family now keeps her very busy and she loves spending any free time with them!
