My Mindful Yoga 4 All classes take place in Bristol and are suitable for people of all ages and abilities as I adapt the poses to suit each body to ensure that the integrity of the pose remains and each individual gets what they need to out of the pose. I teach using the mindfulness techniques of focusing on the breath and connecting the mind into the body. Thursdays 9.30-10.45 am at the Wild Goose Space in St Werburghs Bristol (Term Time only).
