Mandala is a playful, dynamic practice that takes you 360 degrees around the mat. It opens slowly with yin, builds in pace into a circular, repeating flow and then subsides into yin to close.
The sequences are designed to target specific areas of the body in relation to the element of the day (earth, air, fire or water) as per the Mayan calendar. A fun and creative practice to challenge the mind and body. Suitable for all levels.
