Close your week with a Slow Flow class that focuses on softness- guiding you through pranayama, and gently inviting you to move your body through slower asanas and breath-led movements to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes relaxation and will leave you feeling grounded. The second part of the class will flow into supported yin poses, lit by candlelight and wrapped in soft blankets to a carefully selected playlist.
Suitable for all abilities and levels of experience- beginner to experienced students. Mats, straps, blocks, bolsters and blankets are all provided.
