Cardio Combat is a high-intensity, none contact, full body workout that combines punches, blocks, kicks and strikes. This workout is a type of cardio peak training which includes steady and high intensity exercise. This workout aims to improve endurance, coordination and flexibility.
No martial arts experience is needed to feel all the benefits of Cardio Combat. All the instructors show versions of each move to ensure everyone can get involved, regardless of age, ability or experience level.
