5 Week Course begins Wednesday 23rd April
This is a non-judgemental class, at an open level - having fun and trying new things is encouraged!
The structure of the class is as follows: 1. Dance-based warm-up 2. Exercises to support strength, flexibility and technique. 3. Learn a piece of choreography, which we will use to explore an element of yoga philosophy (for example, we might focus on connecting to the solar plexus chakra to help us feel more confident). 4. Finish with a yoga stretch and short meditation to feel deeply relaxed.
Experience is not necessary but if you have expertise from other practices or styles, this is the perfect place to experiment and go deeper.
