We'll be working towards new personal bests, better form, and hanging out with girls who want to be stronger!
Every 4 months I hold a meetup session where we all get together and can test out how much stronger we are - real friendly group feel, beginners more than welcome.
Preferable flat soled shoes (not running trainers) and gym wear is appropriate. Bring water, and remove any rings.
