This class will challenge your balance and work your entire body using a body suspension trainer throughout. Class sizes are small so you can master your technique. All the spice of Barre with a new twist! This is an intermediate class, so previous experience of our Fusion and Barre classes is greatly advisable. You can book in for a Body Suspension 1:1 technique class if you are keen to join but not sure of the equipment.
Please note if you have any upper body injuries, or are prenatal contact the studio before booking into this class. This class is challenging for the upper body and core and depending on where you are at in your fitness may not be advisable.
