This six week Personal Training Kick Start Programme consists of a Free Discovery Call followed by 12 Personal Training Sessions (Stated cost is per session)
Don't know what to do in the gym or if you're doing an exercise properly? The programme is aimed to set you up so you feel confident in knowing what to do in the gym and feel motivated to go independently.
SIX WEEKS INCLUDES:
- Free Discovery Call: An informal chat via phone to identify current activity, past injuries and your health and fitness goals.
- Initial session: This introduction session will take you through the basic, fundamental movements (bodyweight and equipment) which allows me to assess how you move, current ability and potential. - Training Sessions 2-11 will follow a progressive plan based on the above. We will incorporate mini challenges to measure your progress.
- Training Session 12: Programme setting. You will be given a programme to take away and the opportunity to continue with personal training or monthly 'check in' sessions.
OUTCOMES: You will gain the experience in understanding how your body moves, which muscle groups are used and a variety of training techniques to progress and avoid injury risk.
I will educate you through specific exercises with nutritional advice to compliment the plan.
