Tensegrity® is the contemporary expression of the knowledge of Shamans from ancient Mexico. A key part of this practice is the Tensegrity® Movements that we will learn and explore in these classes.
Tensegrity® Movements are suitable to all levels of ability. They are practised mainly standing, but also sitting and on the floor. In a typical class we will learn a Tensegrity® Form which consists of a sequence of movements. This can easily be practised at home to develop a consistent practice and really experience the benefits of what Tensegrity® can bring to your body, your energy levels and to your life!
