Learn the foundational basics of Chen style Tai Chi with this 6 week beginners course.
You will be introduced to the fundamental practices of standing qigong, silk reeling and fang song relaxation exercises. You will also start to learn the first few moves of the Lao Jia form.
The most important aspect of Tai Chi Chuan is relaxation and this will be the main focus of the course.
Whether you are interested in the health, meditation or martial aspects of Tai Chi this course will give you an introduction to all three.
