Acroyoga flows, pops, whips and general nonsense awaits if you choose to join us.
Not suitable for beginners. This class is designed for those already with an active practice in either Acro, Acroyoga or whom have competent body awareness. (Any questions: email me!!)
You will start with 10-15mins of targeted yoga to warm up, then 1 or 2 skills based exercises for integration and orientation, the session will then lead on to Interesting washing machines, flows and sequences with the intention that you practice them (with a spot) in your own time between sessions.
