I predominately work out of Starks Fitness on the Harbourside in Bristol. Starks Fitness is a specialised Personal Training gym and has top of the range functional and resistance training equipment to assist you with achieving your fitness goals. The gym is equipped to help the majority of people achieve their goals, this along with a bespoke exercise programme, nutritional guidance and hard work should allow you to realise your goals sooner than you think!
