Please note if you are new to Machine Pilates: In order to ensure this class is tailored to your needs, please call or email the studio before booking into this class so we can ensure we recommend which class is most suitable for your level. This class is only suitable to those who have previous Pilates machines experience on all the equipment. You can now join these classes by first booking an Induction Class which are held monthly on Thursday and Saturday - check out the timetable for full details.
Our Fundamentals class will allow you to experience the Pilates machines in a class setting following your initial 1:1. We will guide you through the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrel each week building up to some of the more intermediate repertoire. These classes are also suitable for those who are Pre-Natal or are working on rehab.
By the end of this class, you will feel more body-aware and experience improved posture and strength.
