Hi, I'm a Personal trainer specialized in TRX, kettlebell and Bootcamp Training.
I'm working at Snap Fitness in Filton.
Each of you has different goals (Weight loss, toning, strength and conditioning, cardio improvement, general fitness skills) and I'm glad to help you to achieve them.
I provide 1-2-1 sessions or 2-2-1 sessions as group sessions are a lot of fun and cheaper for everyone.
For each of you, I will design personalised training sessions to do on your own to get you to the results you want as soon as possible.
My sessions are varied, engaging and tailored to your specific goals.
