Sandra is a remedial and sports massage therapist and movement instructor with over 15 years of experience working with the body. She teaches SHESENSU®, a low‑impact, high‑energy full‑body fitness flow to music that blends functional strength, sculpt, mobility, gentle cardio, and stretching in an uplifting, dynamic class. The movement is mindful and playful, and classes are done barefoot to strengthen your feet, improve balance, and help you feel grounded as you move. Motivating electronic and tribal beats you feel deep in your body guide your rhythm, your breath, and your flow.
The focus is simple: move in a way that feels good, supports your daily life, and helps you feel more connected to your body.
The class is suitable for all levels, with adaptations offered throughout. Created with women in mind, and everyone is welcome.
