The Sessions will cover aspects of Pranayama, Asanas, Relaxation and Yogic philosophies which will help in self growth.
Shanthi Yogalaya believes each body is different and each one has different needs. Classes are customized according to the need of the students and their level of experience.The class will focus on connecting the body and mind through the breath.
It is a great place to start for beginners and for those who have done yoga before, it is going to deepen the practice. I teach the basic postures and breathing techniques. As students gets confident, I work along with them to deepen their practice.
