I teach a combination of yoga flow, somatic movement and breath work from my home studio. All you need to do is roll out of bed onto your mat, grab a cuppa and blanket ready to start. You will be done by 7am without having to leave your house. We start gently and move into flow once we have warmed up.
The class is delivered on zoom and recorded so should you sleep i, the recording will be sent automatically to you after class. You can turn your camera off or on, whatever you feel comfortable with.
I will be on zoom from 6am for anyone who would like to join to early to do some breathing and relaxation. Class starts at 6.15am and finishes at 7am.
I encourage you to listen to your own body, taking breaks whenever you need. I offer alternative poses where possible. Please take it at your own pace. Each week the class is different but the style and format are essentially the same.
I am affiliated to yoga alliance and am an advanced teacher. My classes are influenced by my dance and drama background, studies in somatic embodiment and how to resource our nervous systems. I look forward to meeting you.
