I hope through my guided Asana class to create an all rounded experience for realisation of the more subtle body and meditation for the mind.
My classes incorporates Vinyassa flow and Hatha to create fluid routines, with focus on breath to movement. There is room for dynamics to change within the practice. Aspects of all yoga elements will be encouraged throughout and to mindfully listen to your body, whilst observing the mind.
Since I can remember I have wanted to help people to realise their true selves and potential. I believe that through Yoga we can lay witness to dramatic transformation in all aspects of our lives.
Sanskar means purification / clarification in Sanskript. Through the full use of yoga incorporated into our daily lives we hope to clarify the mind and the body.
Asana being one of the vital 8 limbs (of yoga) helps to purify the body, whilst reflecting the mind and further teaching us aspects about ourselves.
