I began my work as a complementary health practitioner in 1999 having qualified in Shiatsu, Indian head massage, Reiki and a little later, Aromatherapy. I felt I had found my calling, working physically and energetically with people. I had started practicing yoga in 1990 and the more I did it the more I loved it. I started with Iyengar and Hatha yoga and later moved on to practicing Ashtanga. It was a natural progression to start teaching which I have been doing since 2007. I teach Vinyassa Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga in and around Bristol. There will be more information in my new website due to be launched December 2016.
