Want to be faster and stronger on the bike? Join Rhian for Core and Strength classes designed to strengthen your whole body and reduce the chance of injury whilst riding.
Rhian is a qualified Personal Trainer with qualifications in Circuits Training, Kettlebells and Personal Training; More info can be found on her Facebook page Rhian Greaves PT. She is an avid cyclist with many years of experience cycling and she will be leading the classes.
No prior experience is necessary. We'll be targeting the parts of the body affected by cycling ie. glutes, shoulders, lower back and core. A perfect way to strengthen any tight muscles before a weekend ride.
Please note that this class is every other Thursday in conjunction with Jax Pilates classes - dates below of which class to expect on each week.
