This class draws it’s inspiration from the traditional roots of ashtanga vinyasa yoga.
We will use the tools of asana (yoga poses), dristi (external focus point) and pranayama (breath work) to take you through a moving meditation to explore the calm spiritual inner workings of the citta (mind). You are welcome to follow along with the instruction as variations will be provided for everyone.
This class is absolutely suitable for beginners and more advanced students alike. Although it may be better with some experience, all levels are welcome.
Warning, this class can get a bit sweaty.
