Kettlercise® by Revive runs for 4/6 weeks then becomes a fun filled circuits class for a few week before returning to Kettlerise® again! This way you and your body don't get bored! We work on core strength, muscle tone and cardio fitness. Its a mixed ability, friendly class suitable for all fitness levels. Workouts have alternatives so that everyone can get involved.
This dynamic, fat busting workout burns lots of calories and assists with weight loss. We perform compound exercises, that means using several muscle groups at once and expelling more energy, so you work a bit harder without even realising!
We always end with some satisfying stretches to leave you feeling revived! Please bring you own exercise mat, or let us know in advance if you would like to borrow one. Sensible gym shoes and water is a must!
