We'll move gently, we'll tune into our breath, we'll find some stillness and cultivate some inner calm.

Restorative yoga postures are designed to reduce stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and encouraging deep rest.
No experience necessary and you don't need to be a Bendy Wendy to get involved.
Expect lots of props, blankets, cosy vibes and a supportive space to rest. Less doing, more being. Slowness, stillness & ease.
All postures will be either seated or lying down and I will offer adaptations and alternatives to help you get the most out of your practice.
