Each session is unique, practical, and taught in a welcoming environment. There is no jargon, no pressure, and no expectation to “be good” at meditating. Additional Details
Open to people of all backgrounds, genders, faiths, sexualities and cultures. No previous experience necessary. The Wellness Hub is located on the top floor of the Langton pub.
We provide everything: mats, cushions, chairs, blankets, etc. Just wear comfy warm clothing.
