Thursday Daytime 1pm: Box and Back
Friday 6pm stretch with Kitty
This class is geared towards gaining flexibility for front and box splits, shoulders and backbends.
The class will include a warm-up, active stretching, partner stretches, sometimes using blocks/yoga straps/yoga wheel and foam roller, ending with a cool down. Plus a little homework each week!
