These sessions are for the non believers to have faith in their handstand alignment, balance like a boss & provide a great resistance workout, as well as provide essential conditioning for your most controlled and inspired inversions yet...
Beginner friendly Perfect addition to any aerial training programme
You will need wall space/door space/soft matting for joint protection and comfortable clothing that's easy to move in. Chair and yoga blocks ideal if you have them but no worries if not!
