ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Phöebe Hares is a trauma-informed psychologist, yoga teacher, and multidisciplinary artist. With an MSc in Psychology and over a decade of experience working with vulnerable communities worldwide, Phöebe blends her expertise in mental health, movement, and creativity to support emotional healing and holistic wellness. Drawing from her own journey through addiction and eating disorders, she combines Tantric philosophy, Jungian theory, and her training in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Yin yoga to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and release emotional blockages.
Phöebe has worked with NGOs internationally, specializing in trauma recovery and empowerment, and was recognized by the Mayor of Melbourne for her contributions to the 2019 Bushfire Recovery in Australia. As an artist, she has appeared on TV, in film, and at major music festivals, using her creativity to inspire self-discovery and healing. Her mission is to create environments that unlock a sense of awe through movement, music, and breath, guiding others to reclaim their unique way of moving and being.
