Yin and Yang Toga
We'll begin the class with an energizing flow to awaken our inner fire and connect with our Yang energy—the active, dynamic, and masculine force within us.
As we progress, we'll gradually slow down, transitioning into calming, restorative poses. In the second half of the class, we'll focus on deep, nourishing shapes, holding each for 2-3 minutes, allowing us to fully immerse in our Yin energy—the soft, nurturing, and feminine side.
