Yin yoga is a serene, slow form of yoga. Holding poses opens up layers of connective tissue around your joints, easing the stresses from more active sport or a busy life. It is for everybody and people say they have their best night's sleep after practicing Yin.

Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class, but 15 minutes for your first class to fill in our health form. We provide free mats. Please bring a towel to lay on your mat. We can hire you towels at £2 each.
