A structured training system which combines Pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). It’s an intense, full body workout including cardio work and muscle toning. Pacific Hot HIIT creates long lean muscle mass (not bulk), burns fat, strengthens core muscles and more. Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class, but 15 minutes for your first class to fill in our health form. We provide free mats. Please bring a long towel to lay on your mat and a shower towel for afterwards. We can hire you towels at £2 each.
