Familiar but different to Hot 26 - a wider range of Ghosh Lineage postures to build your core strength. Both the Hot 26 and the Hot Pacific Ghosh sequences are extremely effective in improving and maintaining health, fitness and a better state of mind. They work equally well for beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class, but 15 minutes for your first class to fill in our health form. We provide free mats. Please bring a long towel to lay on your mat and a shower towel for afterwards. We can hire you towels at £2 each.
