This form of yoga is intensely physical and athletic. Astanga yogis practise a prescribed set of asanas, channel energy through the body using bandha (locks), and concentrate on singular points using drishti (gaze) in asanas.

Please ensure that you arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the class, but 15 minutes for your first class to fill in our health form. We provide free mats. Please bring a towel to lay on your mat. We can hire you towels at £2 each.
