The Brewhouse, Waterfront Walkway (past the Bella Vista restaurant), Bristol, BS1 6LA, United Kingdom
Pacific Yoga is new and different. Two beautiful studios and our Cafe Matariki look across the Floating Harbour towards Castle Park from Finzels Reach. Take the new Castle Bridge or the waterfront walkway to our door and for a different sort of experience. We offer may different styles of yoga, sometimes hot, always warm. Our unique studio heating system mimics the warmth of the sun. Developed in hospitals for its therapeutic benefits, the heat relaxes your body while you still breathe fresh, oxygenated air. You will come bouncing out of our hotter classes, full of energy. Our experts, smiling teachers understand anatomy and they also understand that yoga should be fun. We will get to know you and help work out what suits you best. You will never be pushed too far.
Please come at least 15 minutes early for your first class to fill in our health form and discuss any issues. Our classes start exactly on time and there is no late admission. Remember for further classes, leave yourself enough time to change and to make yourself comfortable in the studio. You will enjoy it much more if you do.
For a hot class, you will need two towels. One needs to be full length to lay on top of your mat. The other is for your shower afterwards. We can hire you suitable towels but there is a charge of £2 per towel. We provide mats but you are free to use your own if you prefer.
How do you find us? At any time of day and any day of the week you can take the riverside walkway from Bristol Bridge (on the Victoria Street side). Walk past the Bella Vista restaurant and the Clarke Willmott building. We are the ground floor of the old Brewhouse, behind that old stone wall with the arched windows that looks across the Floating Harbour at Castle Park. You can't miss us. We're the last door on the walkway.
Most times of day and most days of the week, you can also reach us directly from the new Castle Bridge or through the covered passageway from Georges Square (between Clarke Willmott and the Brewhouse).
That short walk is your journey to improved wellbeing – your island in a busy world. It doesn’t matter what shape you’re in, how flexible or how stiff. What happens in our two studios, always warm and often hot, will strengthen your body, your spirit and your mind. From work-outs designed to keep you at your peak to therapeutic sessions for the injured, and then there is our beautiful Cafe Matariki - a place to be before and after.
