Start to your week and feel energised with a Monday yoga class! Come and join this sociable group class of 75mins to set yourself up for the week. The class combines Hatha yoga and Raja yoga so you can make a deeper connection of how the mind can be steadied as you practice the physical postures.
You will also be led through breathing techniques to improve the quality of your breath in the body, flowing and gentle sequences that will both energise and stretch the body physically. The class always ends with a guided and calming relaxation.
