Simple choreography is easy to follow and you're encouraged to move at a level that's right for you.
Every class moves through a natural progression of slow and fast tempos, with an eclectic mix of juicy tunes, including world, jazz, pop, drum n bass, reggae, and chilled out floaty music too.
