We use the middle part of the session to discuss a topic of mindfulness, self-enquiry and positive thinking, including group interaction. We tailor each class to the level of the people on the day, so if this is your first time no worries! Come and get some calm time near the end of your work day, with a pinch of self-reflection.(Meditation is based on secular Vipassana and may include seated, standing or walking meditations)
