A one hour class suitable for anyone even if you have an experienced meditation before. We start with a 10 to 15 minute meditation, then we discussed mindfulness as it applies to our life and then finish the session with another meditation, based on the outcome of the discussion. Meditations can include movement or stillness.

Neil teaches a form of Mindfulness inspired by the teachings of Vipassana combined with training in NLP, hypnosis, clowning, coaching and rock climbing! This gives a rounded experience of spirituality, science and silliness that will enable you to find a new interest and acceptance in your body, and use patience, curiosity and compassion to help break old habits and cultivate new ones.

My approach encourages you to notice, open and welcome, without imposing on the mind-body. It removes any rigid preconception about what we think meditation should look like and instead, through the use of imagination, the breath and expression we find a way to connect with kindness to the flow.

Whether you just want to feel more inner peace and healthier in your mind-body, or if you struggle with stress, anxiety or low moods, Mindfulness can have an enormously positive impact on your life.
