Beginners and General Level students welcome and anyone else who wants a 75-minute evening revival class!
Please have your mat and any other equipment you have ready. Blocks and blankets can be substituted with thick books and folded towels. Real belts/dressing gown cord can be used instead of a strap.
Iyengar yoga is clearly explained and accessible to all. Please let me know of any injuries or medical conditions before the class starts so I can modify poses or offer alternatives.
