The perfect midday and midweek reset - I offer a strong, energising class to help you move through the midday slump. My goal is for you to leave with a spring in your step, feeling calm, spacious, and uplifted - so that you’re ready to flow through the rest of your day and into the weekend.
I invite you to show up as you are - with whichever parts are present, no matter your mood or energy level - and to practice with curiosity and compassion.
The class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. I will provide clear cues and modifications of postures that meet you where you are and support you to build both mental and physical stability.
Together, we’ll bring awareness to the mental, physical, energetic, and transpersonal layers of our being using the map of the Maya Koshas - to deepen our awareness of the mind-body connection, sense ourselves internally, and reconnect with Self (our true wise, loving nature). This is part of the journey to feeling connected with all that is.
