Naomi's class builds strength and flexibility through dynamic, breath-led movement - with clear cues and modifications so that each posture meets you wherever you are and supports you to find a balance of effort and ease.
In a world that rarely allows time to rest and restore, this hour is a chance to reconnect with what matters and nourish our systems. It offers space to land and check in with our whole Selves - bringing awareness to our physical, energetic, mental/emotional, and transpersonal layers.
We’ll move through a strong flow, shift stagnant energy, break a sweat, and unwind before softening, releasing and relaxing into a peaceful Savasana (with optional head massage).
