In this fast moving and fun class, Christine will guide students through the beginnings of the Ashtanga Yoga Primary series, including the Surya Namaskars (sun salutations), followed by the fundamental Standing postures, and then each week practice either the seated postures, the trickier end of the Primary Series, or the beginnings of the Intermediate Series, followed by a period of rest. Suitable for everyone as modifications and use of props encouraged.
